Which video card is better: the nVIDIA GeForce 6200 or the Intel GMA 4500M?

I know the 6200 is really, really, REALLY old, and from what I'm reading, the Intel will be better. I ask this because I'm getting a laptop for Christmas. The laptop isn't made for gaming, of course, but I know I can get SOME gaming out of it. I just want to know if this is a step up.
