Reflection on changes of this day and age, have you ever had such?

Was shocked the other day when a teenager asked me what did we do when we were teens (in the 50's & 60's) to protect against HIV or STD s? Let them know that we did not have STD than or HIV but it was Called VD and only needed to wear condom which most of us did not do because VD was not as widespread as STD are today. They could not believe it!!
