Urgent!! Found kittens in packer!! help please?

my dad owns a trash company and we heard meowing coming from the packer where we found 2 kittens.....the one seems to be fine other than some hunger n thirsty...the other is really small (starving) and has places where maggots have started eating him.....we gave them water n some soft food now im worried bout gettin the maggots out.....no vets r in we've tried them all....so now im lookin for tips to make the maggots want to come out so i can grab them with tweezers.....thier in his neck i can see them pokin in n out every once in a while but cant catch them. please help thank you so much
