I don't know what to ask exatly?

Okay so I know that a symptom of early pregnancy is tender , and darkening areolas, well I have both, I don't know if I'm pregnant yet there is a good chance I am, I was just curious though I noticed that my areola area is starting to smooth out, the bumpy things around my are getting smaller and smoothing out, is this also an early pregnancy symptom. I've been have crazy nausea, and when my boyfriend hold his hands against my lower abdomen the heat seems to relieve the nausea? Idk I'm about a week late but I always have weird periods, so idk, I am hoping for a bfp, and I do plan on testing tomorrow morning but what do you all think?
