Nasal decongestant for one year old?

My son is sick and very congested, he can't even eat or drink because then he can't breathe. We have the humidifier on and I put some vicks baby rub on his chest, but none of these things works. Is there any nasal decongestant for babies? We went to the doctor yesterday because of his high fever, but he wasn't congested until today, so I didn't ask the doctor.
