Would this way of preserving life work . . . cont . . .?

Tomorrow you find out you have cancer. Picture going inside of a ufo looking enclosure. The center of the ufo is on a high power vertical engine axel. Once inside, the ufo starts spinning, giving you a constant of 3 g's. Eventually when you are going fast enough, time for you will seem short, and the outside world might have the cure for your cancer. Does this sound possible - one day?
