HUGE TRADE! Should I trade Drew Brees for Andre Johnson?

I wouldn't be too worried about your WRs, but I WOULD be worried about your RBs. If it was me, I'd feel more comfortable starting Eli with a stud #1 RB than I would starting Drew Brees with the RBs you currently have.
