How do i move on....?

I have been in love with the same person for 5 years now..... the only problem is that he has told me that I am not his type and he made out with my sister who I am pretty sure he is still infatuated with, she on the other hand has moved on and gotten married. After he told me that he was not interested I told him that it was ok because I was over him. Should I talk to him now that my sister is out of the picture and tell him that I still have strong feelings for him? I guess I am kind of hoping that since he cant have my sister he will want me instead... how wrong is that..... I wish i didn't have these feelings.
