Can a member become a moderator of yahoo group without intimation of moderator or if moderator has left group?

your question isn't very clear. the owner or another moderated has to promote a member to moderator, in some groups other moderators don't always like new ones added but that intimidation (if that's what you meant) would be a management issue for the owner to deal with
