When does nesting begin?

Okay, I am now 38 weeks and I have always been a neat freak... very rigid and OCD about the cleanliness of my home and the way the gles are facing in the cabinets and so on... this weekend however I had a really big burst of energy. Usually I am in bed by 9 or 10... 11 at the absolute latest. Saturday night I stayed up until 2am cleaning! I mean EVERYTHING, even the bathroom that my boyfriend only uses (ewww). Sunday, I woke up at 7:30am, went to the grocery, cooked breakfast for my man, brother and wife, cleaned more, mulched my flowers, prepared a stew for other family members for dinner, refolded laundry... after dinner I cleaned everything to perfection in the kitchen again. My BF said I was nesting... I just could not sit down. Nothing felt clean enough. I was told that usually nesting like happens right before labor... should I be looking for my little man any day now?
